DELIVERY POLICY

Madin delivers nationwide to all provinces/cities in Vietnam.

For orders within Ho Chi Minh City/Hanoi:

• Orders placed before 12 noon will be delivered the same day.
• Orders placed after 12 noon will be delivered the next day.
• For orders outside Ho Chi Minh City, Hanoi and other cities and provinces: Shipping time will vary from 2-5 days, depending on the delivery location.

INSPECTION POLICY

When the customer receives the goods and checks the product carefully before receiving it (you should record a video while opening the box to receive the goods) and immediately respond to the delivery staff, we will proceed to fix and exchange it for the customer. If there are any unexpected problems on the customer’s side.

Madin will flexibly support in resolving the following cases:

• Address is incorrect.
• Customer wants to schedule delivery.
